Find eligible inactive customers
Learn how to quickly find which wholesale customers are eligible for the 12+ month reactivation promo (and earning fast start )
Clarifications on reactivation:
- You now earn Fast Start on reactivations (inactive 12+ months), for 60 days (when you qualify with a 100pv Rewards order)
- The waived reactivation fee (April 1 – June 30) is only for wholesale customer accounts.
- For a Wellness Advocate account to receive the waived fee, the account holder must downgrade to a Wholesale Customer before placing their order. This can be done by emailing placements@doTERRA.com. The account holder should include the correct enroller and sponsor information in their email and request to be downgraded upon reactivation.
- If a wellness advocate is still showing on the tree, they will stay placed where they are, unless the enroller requests a sponsor change with placements OR the member themselves emails placements to reactivate with new upline.
- If someone who is no longer on the tree wants to reactivate, they themselves would email placements with the request.
